Vella Bath & Kitchen offers complete, full service kitchen and bathroom remodeling. From the initial concept to a final walk through, Vella’s design and construction professionals are there to answer your every question and ensure your total satisfaction with the process and the project.
In general, the Vella remodeling process has 5 Phases:
#1 In-Home Designer Consultation
Discuss the scope of the project
What you want - What you need - What Vella can do for you
Establishment of a realistic budget or price range
If you have a budget in mind, we will tell you what we can provide
If you are not sure of the cost of the project, the designer can give you a price range for the project you are envisioning
Focus on your lifestyle
Vella’s designers place an emphasis on how you and your family live and work to seamlessly integrate the new space into the existing home
#2 Showroom Consultation
Detailed review of design concept
Discussion of products and selection of specific materials
Review of the budget with a focus on your specific design and materials
#3 Contract and Scheduling
When you are satisfied with the design of the project, a detailed contract is signed and an approximate Job Start Date is scheduled
Vella Bath and Kitchen typically schedules projects about 2-4 months in advance
#4 Execution of Project
Each project is assigned one crew leader, who will be at your home each day throughout the process
Each of the other experienced craftsmen on your job is a full time Vella Bath and Kitchen employee
Your designer and Vella’s Project Coordinator will oversee the job helping to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible and answering all of your questions
#5 Follow-Up
Vella Bath and Kitchen’s focus is your total satisfaction
Upon job completion a final walk through is performed allowing you to review the project and ensuring any concerns are immediately addressed
